Deposits - A deposit of one night's stay is required to reserve the room. For reservations of 4 or more nights, one-half of the total amount is required for deposit. Deposits can be placed on MasterCard or Visa.

Cancellation Policy - A two-week cancellation notice prior to arrival is needed to receive a refund of deposit (less $20 processing fee). If a guest does not provide a cancellation notice and does not show up, the full reservation cost will be charged as the reservation was never cancelled.
